Delivery Delays: Currently, unprecedented demand through our website and the courier network, your delivery might take longer than normal to reach you. Thank you for your understanding and patience. If you need more detail about the shipping delay of the courier, please check HERE.
If you have already placed an order: If you placed an order on our website and received the tracking numbers without any information, please don't worry, your order is either already on its way to your place now or will be with you soon, all the packages are arriving at courier warehouses and are waiting for scanning into system, therefore some of the tracking numbers may not have tracking information available yet.

With a chest full of amazing products, you must be thinking what now? How will your treasure make it to your doorstep?
Shipping is an important part of your shopping experience and we will work hard to make it as easy for you as possible.
Our goal is to ensure the fast delivery of your order, therefore if you wish to make any changes such as amendments to your delivery details, changing item preferences or cancelling your order altogether, you will need to contact us within 30 minutes of payment being made.
Once your order is packed and ready, the couriers will then pick up your parcel directly from our warehouse and aim to deliver it within 2 - 3 working days in general. You will then conveniently receive a confirmation email where you will find your order tracking number and other important information. We use a non-signature required service as our standard service of delivery. We work with Courier Post, Transfervans or Strait NZ (for Oversized/ Overweight products) which varies on delivery time frame.
Generally, items that go with courier would be delivered within 1 to 3 working days while rural areas may take up 2 extra working days.
Oversized or overweight items that go with transport companies such as Strait NZ would have more variable time frame which it is recommend that you keep close communication with our Customer Service Team to keep you posted – PLEASE NOTE: for rural area transport, the item will be delivered to the nearest carrier depot. Therefore, you will be required to leave your phone number, so that the carrier will make a contact with you once your item arrives at their depot.
Rural customers are recommended to contact our Customer Service Team before making a purchase on overweight or oversized item/s.
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept PO BOX, parcelpod, and any other non-physical addresses at the moment; we also DO NOT accept Waiheke Island, and any other Island addresses. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
If your order consists both general and overweight item, then it will be dispatched separately with both courier and transport carrier hence may have multiple tracking numbers and delivery time frames.
The more you fill your treasure chest the more you will save! Purchase more than one item in any single order and save a mass amount of ka-ching!
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
We only ship items within New Zealand however; we have allocated standard rates for everyone living in New Zealand.
Please pay attention that we may contact you via phone call or email after receiving your payment for security check purpose. We may keep your order status as pending if we cannot reach you or do not hear from you, and we want to apologise for any inconvenience and delays this may cause.
Couriers do not deliver during Weekends and Public Holidays. Treasurebox.co.nz do not dispatch orders outside business working hours. We also cannot guarantee that the couriers delivering your parcel won’t run into any hiccups or delays. For an up to date status of your parcel, we recommend that you contact the courier company directly. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please be in touch with us so that we can assist you in the matter.
