It’s a great bed base and frame except the colour is nothing like what it is in the photos. It wasn’t on display in the showroom, so I asked someone in the shop how accurate the photos are with colour and they said it would be exact - it’s not and it’s more of a yellow wood than this lighter colour depicted in the images.
I bought this Bedframe. After 3 days of using the Bedframe, when I went back to lie down. One leg dislodged and the small wood holding the centre plank detatched from the screws. The centre legs and centre plank ended being bent. We contacted treasure box and even sent photos. Had to do a couple follow ups through chat, they later explained because someone went on leave. However still had to message them again to follow up. When they finally replied they asked for us to bring the bed frame to them for them to further review it. That is alot of effort for a customer especially something as large like double Bedframe. We voiced this opinion about the process being too long and if there was a way the process could be easier and shorter as I was now just sleeping on a mattress on the ground. We got no reply. We then just decided to by Bedframe from somewhere else as it seemed treasure box had no intention to reply. Please if you are going to buy this just know it is not strong at all. I am only one person and it broke very easily.
