OUR STORY
OUR STORYFirst launch of our online shopping website www.treasurebox.co.nz. Instead trading on TradeMe alone, we have decided to have our own online shopping website, and pool of loyal customers. We had a total of 8 employees at that time.
October 2015As we were running out of space from Henderson Auckland warehouse, we have decided to occupy a temporary warehouse located in Heremai Street (Henderson) to cope up with the upcoming busy Christmas season.
June 2016TreasureBox was awarded the winner of TradeMe South Island People Pleaser Award.
2017Over 4 years of hard working, as of today, we have 3 dispatch centres, over 3500㎡ of warehouses, millions of stocks, and more than 30 employees. One mission became the core of the company, and that is to - make your every dollar count! 😉
2018Thank you for all your consistent help over the past 5 years, we will work hard and provide a better service for you.😉
2019We opened the showroom to offer you a marvellous shopping experience. As we were starting to run out of space from Rosedale, so we will occupy another dispatch centre in the end of this year.
2021As we endeavour to offer our customers a fantastic range of furniture, we add lots of new and exciting products to help coordinate and create the home you desire.

Office Manager
Annie takes care of countless tasks within the company yet she still knows how to have fun and still got time to prepare yummy lunch every day. She provides exceptionally enjoyable treats for everyone in the office. Thank you Annie.

The "Superman" of TreasureBox. Internet down or slow? Computer not working? The fridge doesn't work? What's for lunch? Where's a good restaurant? Go to David. Meanwhile, he is one who drinks the most cola in Treasurebox.

Libra is a passion mum who has an adorable daughter, even she has responsible for a range of tasks that make our office run smoothly, she still achieves a work-life balance. Libra has all the knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures and always willing to help others.
Minnie
Manager assistant
Minnie is an outgoing young lady, always laugh and bright your day. She is the communication bridge between office team and warehouse dispatch team, if you need any help, go to Minnie. She's always available to help.

Sarah has two cute daughters; she is always kind and patient and willing to help.

Sisi has beautiful smiles, she is a young lady who full of passion and talkative, if you get bored or stressed, go to sisi, she got some good jokes for you.

Dispatch Supervisor
He has all the positive characteristics a supervisor could have. Nothing to be worried about on how your order is being handled. Sideline position of TreasureBox's party organiser.

Warehouse manager
David is taking care on warehouse daily operations, he is conscientious and always there to help and supervise our warehouse staff, along with working with them to complete tasks.

Website Designer
Ava is a girl who has a pleasingly direct manner. She's a natural stand-up comedian in the office. Bored or stressed with all things going on in your life? Talk to Ava, all your unhappiness fall away.

Front-End Designer
Star is known for her simple yet creative designs; She's code editing is no worse than any boy. She is a girl who likes watching basketball also likes drinking health-preserving tea.

Programmer
He's the most outgoing I have ever seen. Also known as the "The Weekend" of TreasureBox. His hairstyle is like pot plants, which is the most unique landscape of in our office. Nobody's talk and bored? Never mind, He won't let it happen.

Marketing Team
Ling is a peaceful, soft and intelligent girl, but also have a little shy. She always can get all your stuff to be sorted.

Programmer
Super fans of sports. NBA and CBA are his favor show. You always get the answers about the basketball from him.

You have never met them in person, while we believe you must have talked to one of them if you have any enquiries or issues. Fatima, Leo, Charie and other team members will always try their best to help you.
