Not good.missed item
The bed frame arrived with misaligned parts and could not be assembled.
Customer service was slow and required multiple follow-ups over several weeks without resolution.
I’ve requested a replacement request however will probably order furniture elsewhere as I no longer have confidence in the product or the support process.
Very frustrating experience overall.
good quality, sturdy and easy to assemble
Very sturdy! Highly recommended for Uni students that need an affordable and reliable bed frame.
