Includes 1-year warranty on upholstery, foam, cushions, reclining/sofa bed mechanisms and electrical components, covering manufacturing defects under normal household use. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

I would give this a higher rating because the quality is suprisingly good for the price. However, I ordered dark grey and it's clearly light grey. I know there can be colour variations but it's extremely light - definitely not dark grey. I tried to contact support but didn't get any response - on phone, email or chat help. So I would only recommend purchasing from this company if you don't mind a surprise colour.
