Customers appreciated the attractive oak design and easy assembly of this 3-layer shoe rack. However, many found the depth insufficient for adult shoes, with several noting it's better suited for children's shoes or small flats. Quality concerns included hinge durability and confusing instructions.
Nice looking piece of furniture, but only fits approximately 4 pairs of average-sized adult shoes, which is not what I was expecting. Anything above a shoe size of women's EU39/US9 needs to be moved sideways to fit. Probably most suitable for average height women and children flats/sandals, but not suitable for boots, sneakers, or men's shoes.
The shoe rack hinge thing also just fell apart after about 10 times of opening and closing the door after assembling, so not the greatest quality for the price you pay.

Love the design. I got my daughter to put it together for a bit of pocket money as i have no patience putting stuff together.
The box looks nice but the fit for purpose did not meet our expectation.
The shoe box is appropriate for children shoes not for adult shoes.
I tried to put my rubber/sneaker shoes (size 35) won't fit & won't close properly. I can only fit our inside house slippers.

Disappointed - does not hold my size 3 (uk) shoes, so definitely wont hold my husband's shoes.
Spaces for shoes is very small - great for kids shoes, but adults shoes are a bit of a squeeze.
Instructions were very confusing
The tools provided are not enough to accomplish setting it up.. otherwise product is good quality.
I ordered this to go by my front door, and it fits perfectly. I was able to easily assemble the rack in about 10-15 minutes. This rack was great value, easy to install, and will certainly serve its purpose of keeping shoes tidy by the door.
