Customers praise this affordable drawer unit for being "easy to assemble" and "quickly delivered." However, quality control issues emerged including missing parts, damaged drawer fronts, and concerns about fabric construction rather than expected wood/MDF. Some customers note it's "not as stable" as solid materials. Positive shoppers say it "looks fantastic."
I am extremely disappointed with the quality control of this order.
I purchased two of these drawer units and, upon opening and attempting to assemble the first unit, discovered that it is incomplete. The package is missing Part D x2, which is required for Step 5 of the assembly process. Without these parts, the unit cannot be assembled correctly as intended.
In addition, one of the drawer fronts arrived damaged on the corner and specs in the printing straight out of the box. This damage was present before assembly and is clearly visible in the attached photos
As a customer, I should not have to source missing parts or accept a damaged product on arrival. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. An incomplete product that cannot be properly assembled does not meet those standards.
I have emailed twice now and have received no response from the team.

The material is described as:
MDF board
Metal frame
Polyester fabric
Only the top is MDF the rest is cheap fabric drawers. Basically it's 80 percent fabric
Just as advertised. They look fantastic. They’re very practical and easy to assemble. Love them and recommend them!
Very happy. Easy to assemble. Quick delivery and great customer service.
Quick and easy to assemble. Please note this is a cloth so its not as stable as MDF / wood.
