This sideboard buffet table offers good value for the price, though customers experienced challenges. Shoppers appreciated "quality for the price exceeded my expectations" and quick delivery. However, assembly proved difficult with unclear instructions and unlabeled pieces. Multiple customers noted items arriving in separate shipments unexpectedly, and some reported poor customer service communication.
Though this wasn’t the easiest to put together, the
quality for the price exceeded my expectations.
Only other complaint was picking up as the communication was terrible. They also don’t deliver you all of Auckland even though they say they deliver.
1) I wasn’t aware the package would arrive in two separate shipments on different days, which was confusing from the start.
2) The instruction sheet is not user-friendly at all, it’s vague and unclear. Some panels are numbered while others aren’t, making it feel like a guessing game when trying to figure out what goes where.
3) For reference, pieces 8 and 16 are actually the white cardboard parts which don’t feel solid at all. this isn’t stated anywhere in the instructions, nor are they labeled. It’s only shown in the photos, which I didn’t notice before purchasing.
4) Customer service was also difficult to reach. I sent an email and received no response, and the phone number listed on the website was invalid. I eventually managed to find an after-hours contact, but it took extra effort.
5) After finally assembling the product, it looks okay, but overall feels and looks cheap. You get what you pay for.
This was an unfortunate experience for me and I will not be purchasing from them again.
Constructive Feedback Review:
1)The order page didn’t clearly state that items come in different packs with separate shipment days. I received two separate deliveries on different days, which was unexpected.
2) The instruction manual is not very user-friendly. It’s mostly pictures with very little explanation, so it feels like you have to guess where each piece goes. A clearer, step-by-step guide would be helpful

3) Pieces 8 and 16 (the white pieces) were not clearly identified in the description or in the user manual. They are made of a cardboard-like material and don’t feel very solid.
4) It took quite a bit of searching to find how to contact customer service. Making contact details easier to locate would improve the experience.
Overall, the product feels a bit cheap and fragile, you get what you pay for.

Only received two boxes instead of 3, all the important bits are missing and therefore I can not build it

Instruction booklet needs more details. Fixing screws and Fastenings needs to be referenced correctly. Pre drilled holes can improve. overall happy with the buffet table
