Customers praised this sofa bed futon as "very comfortable" with excellent quality and stylish design. Most found it perfect for living rooms and guest sleeping. However, assembly issues were reported with wrong parts supplied and incorrect arm construction, causing frustration. Fast delivery was appreciated, though some experienced shipping issues.
They almost sent my order to the wrong address and when it arrived we couldn’t attach one of the arm rests as they gave us the wrong piece. We have still not been contacted to remedy this in any way
The actual product is as expected and comfortable. Assembling the piece of furniture took many hours of head scratching and frustration as there were wrong parts supplied AND one of the arms was constructed back to front. It is usable but not able to be completely finished until the right brackets and correct left arm of the settee arrives.
