I hate it! It totally doesn't look like what's advertised, the cushions are all way to big, didn't realise the fabric was only covers that don't even fit properly, it's big and bulky and very uncomfortable. Ive been trying to get hold of someone for days now to no reply. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!
I ordered a sofa from you guys on the 14th, bishopston duck feather filled modular sofa - grey. Order number TBS18088. Ive just bought a new home, buying all new furniture , shopped around for weeks settling on your sofa. I'm so disappointed. It's nothing like the pictures. Even the colour looks totally different. The covers don't fit properly, the cushions don't fit properly, and the chaise doesnt even line up with the ends either side you put it. I absolutely hate it. It's not what I wanted at all. I don't have alot of money, so splurging almost $2000 on one item was a treat for me. And when I got it un packed i cried. And your return policy is so un reasonable, that it has to be in its same packaging ( which obviously I can't do)and at my cost to send it back, I'm stuck with this massive sofa that I don't even want. If i could give no Stars I would. But to leave a review had to select 1star. Totally unimpressed. Never again.... And will tell all my friends family and 20 years or clients.
