Includes 1-year warranty on upholstery, foam, cushions, reclining/sofa bed mechanisms and electrical components, covering manufacturing defects under normal household use. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Terribly uncomfortable, so much so that we decided to lose $800 and send it back at our own cost a day after we bought it. Treasurebox delivered it to a warehouse in Tauranga where we needed to pick it up because we stay rural which is understandable, but when asked to return it we had to arrange courier to Auckland at our own expense. These couches are gorgeous but so hard and uncomfortable to sit on, and very small. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Lesson learned for buying furniture online. Treasurebox also said they would charge 10 - 35% repackaging fee depending on the condition. The condition was perfect (we literally only had the couches a day before deciding to send it back but had to wait almost a week to get it resolved), in the meantime we sat on camping chairs and covered the couches so they wouldn't damage so they were in pristine condition - as received and they still charged 35%. Took forever to come back to me when I contacted them about the issue. Not very happy with the service.
