The product is great and good quality. Unfortunately the customer service was disappointing, we understand mistakes happen as we ordered black and one box was white on the inside but box was marked black. The communication to rectify the issue was sadly lacking. My complaint was read and no contact was made with me until I actually phoned. It certainly soured our view on Treasure Box customer service.

Sketch manual is not accurate and sometimes confusing
Very easy to assemble
Bit of a headache setting up very time consuming and instructions weren't the easiest. The inner wood is quite flimsy and poor quality with edges already chipping away so glad can't see that from outside. A bit pricey for the quality but love the led light feature.

Amazing quality and price
Appreciated the little tools provided to put entertainment unit together. Only downfall, adhesive for LED lights was pre-placed where boards needed to be flush against each other. Even without LED lights it's a great unit.
It came out very well and I like the different colours/lighting and you can change the ambient impact of it.

I'm so glad i bought this for my new home! Everyone compliments me. It is just awesome at night. It's very high quality and sturdy. When putting it together you will need 2 people and half hour or so of time. It's totally worth the price and one of my favorite pieces of furniture now.
