PLEASE NOTE:
1. Assembly required!! This item does NOT include any floor base!
2. All our delivery is one man delivery. Due to the size of this item, please ensure you have a helper at home to provide a hand to the driver. Otherwise, please contact in advance for two men delivery with an additional charge.
3. Your local council may require consent for this garage due to the size(over 10m²). Specifications and diagrams are included with this cabin, however PS1 documentation is not available. Make sure you check requirements with your local council before purchasing.
**ToughOut Garden Sheds are covered by warranty for a maximum of 12 months.**
