The mattress came vacuum packed. Unpacking was amazing and i was doubtful that it would return to proper shape and size. It did and turns out to be just as advertised. Luxurious, warm and comfortable. Very happy.

Best mattress we have ever slept on. Feels soft to touch but then almost hard to lie on. As you relax, the memory foam inside the mattress forms to your body and everything feels supported. I am a huge fan of plush mattresses and I was wary at first because this seemed like it was hard, but it is just so incredibly comfortable! Absolute bargain!!!

This mattress needs a safety warning. We put the mattress on another bed to unwrap it. After taking off the outer plastic, the inner plastic wrap released itself and the mattress unfolded at very high speed striking my wife (71 yrs old) in the head and knocking her to the ground.
