FAST SHIPPING
- 98% orders placed before 2pm gets same day dispatch.
- Smaller items generally takes 2-3 business days to deliver.
- Larger items going through freight generally take 3-5 business days to deliver.
FREIGHT & TRACKING
- Your order will be shipped to you mostly via PostHaste Couriers and Streamline Freight.
- Tracking provided right after dispatch with automatic notification E-mail
- Larger item going through freight company will be delivered to nearest depot only and sorry that we do not deliver to Island addresses or PO BOX addresses.
PICK-UP
- Yes! You are more than welcome to pick up your order from our Auckland Pick-up Centre.
- Opening hours from Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm only.
- We are not open for pick up on weekends or public holidays.
- Pre-arrangement is recommended to avoid any disappointment.
WARRANTY
- This item carries warranty of 12 months.
- Warranty is not covered when the product is misused, normal wear and tear, accidents and natural disasters.
RETURNS
- We offer peace-of-mind online shopping experience by offering Returns & Refunds policies under various situations
- Please note communications on E-mail basis is required before any return.
- Return on site at our pick-up centre is strictly on pre-arrangement or else the front desk may reject your return.
